Thad
Koza resides in Newport, Rhode Island. From his Atlantic
coast home, Thad writes about many marine subjects. He
supplements his research with firsthand experience on worldwide
tall ships excursions.
His
writing concerns all aspects of shipping, including description,
history, experience and coverage of events. Thad's articles
have been published by The New York Times, The Boston Globe,
and Windjammer, among others.
Thad's
photography of tall ship events and excursions has earned
him admiration of sailing enthusiasts, fellow photographers,
and the general public. Thad travels throughout the United
States and Canada, sharing his Tall Ships Slide Lecture,
filled with sail boat images and information.
